Some say He is the Fringe element
While I realize Col: Stevens is considered by some to be among the fringe conspiracy element, I met him in 1991 at the First Annual International UFO Conference in LasVegas and had my first encounter with a lot of material that should cause one to consider some of what they have to say. 
It was there I saw the STS 48 video on a 12 foot overhead screen and found it to be quite impressive. In my opinion it is still one of the best UFO videos shot by NASA to date.
